When is the last day to register?
The last day to register is September 5th, or when our remaining slots fill up, whichever comes first. Space is limited, so register soon!
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund of the registration fee, except under extreme hardship situations. You may, however, transfer your registration to another person.
How do I transfer my registration?
Email info@TheFayettevilleChurch.org. Please include the name of who is currently registered and the name AND email address AND home church of who the registration is being transferred to. If you do not have someone to transfer it to we can give it to someone in need, but you will need to note that.

What if I am arriving late Friday or on Saturday at the retreat?
Check in at the front desk in Pritchell for your room key and meal ticket. If our registration table is still active in Pritchell, check into our booth for your name tag. If you arrive after registration closes, then retrieve your name tag Friday evening or Saturday in Johnson Spring (on the 2nd floor in the lobby area).
What if I have housing not on-site?
Ridgecrest charges a $25 off-campus fee for anybody attending retreats but not staying in their housing. You may also purchase meals from Ridgecrest if they have extra meals available that day.
What if I am only coming for one day?
Every person attending the event needs to register, regardless of length of stay. Additionally, Ridgecrest charges a $25 off-campus fee for anybody attending retreats but not staying in their housing
