Registration for the Retreat and the Housing/Meals are separate

Roommates may register separately for the retreat, but only one person can book a room and meal package—this is a requirement set by Ridgecrest. Each attendee must register individually for the retreat itself.

If you are sharing a room, one designated person will need to register for the room, submit the deposit, and manage the reservation. A few weeks before the event, you will have the option to pre-pay the remaining balance, allowing you to skip the lines and simply pick up your name tag and room key upon arrival.

Alternatively, you and your roommates can choose to pay individually or collectively for your portion of the room and meal package at check-in.
